GLOUCESTER, Nov. 25--Charles Prindall, 84 years of age, father of Mrs. Hugh K. Norman, died this evening after a few days' illness. For more than 50 years he was engaged in the sailmaking business. He was the oldest member of the Ocean Lodge of Odd Fellows. Besides Mrs. Norman, he leaves one son in Boston. His wife died a few months ago.
