"Louise K. Cuzzort, 72, St. Joseph, died Friday, Sept. 20, 1991, at a health-care center in St. Joseph. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Wes (Pearl) Stroud and was raised in the Benton neighborhood, south of Mound City.
She was a clerk at the Rainbow Bakery for 14 years, retiring in 1986. Her husband, Harry G. Cuzzort preceded her in death in 1987. Mrs. Cuzzort was a member of the Wyatt Park Christian Church, the Y-Women, and Rebekah Lodge.
A brother, Lloyd Stephens, also preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda L. Yarnell, Clarksdale; a brother, Gordon D. Stephens, Stewartsville; two stepbrothers, Earl Stroud, Iowa City, Iowa; and Eugene Stroud, St. Joseph; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 23, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery."
