OBITUARY
DOUGLAS.--Robert Douglas at his late residence in Clarks, Nebr., died April 23rd, 1893. Aged 69 years and 11 months. Mr. Douglas was born in the county of Wiclow [Wicklow] Ireland, came to the United States in 1848. Moved with his family to Clarks Nebr in 1877, which place he continued to reside until his death. Mr. Douglas leaves a widow, three sons and one daughter, (all of whom are married) to mourn his loss. Mr. Douglas has been an invalid for many years. But at all times showed himself to be a man whose trust was in God, bearing his afflictions with the greatest of fortitude. And those whose fortune it was to know him best were loudest in his praise.
