Otis J. Biggs
Central Square
Otis J. Biggs, 85, of River Road, RD 1 Central Square, a general contractor for many years, died today in his home after a long illness. He was 85.
A native of Adams, Mr. Biggs lived in Syracuse most of his life. He moved to Central Square four years ago.
He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Syracuse.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lulu M. Biggs; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth L. Young; five sons, Otis P., William H., George H., and Carl L. Biggs, all of Syracuse, and Earl W. Biggs of Central Square; a sister, Mrs. Ella M. Parks of Chittenango; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Donald Tubbs of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
