Mrs. Florence Long, the Neopit woman who attempted quick suicide by taking six tablets of bichromate mercury, died in great distress last Thursday night, nine days after taking the poison. She was the daughter of John and Rachel (Rawn) Derosier, and the mother of four children. The funeral is held at Neopit on Monday last.
