Jerry Fayne Bray, 67, was born on May 15, 1941 in Jones, Louisiana to George T. and Satirrah C. Bray, died on January 29, 2009 at St. Patrick's Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bray; three brothers, Namon Bray, Damon Bray, Billy Bray; four sisters, Patricia Bray, Georgia Needham, Barbara Sebren and Martha Mayo.

He is survived by his six children and spouses, B. Bartholomew and her husband of Toledo Bend, T. Bray and his wife of Albuquerque, New Mexico, J. Manuel and her husband of Westlake, Louisiana, K. Jeffcoats and her husband of Westlake, Louisiana, S. Soileau and her husband of Moss Bluff, Louisiana, J. Bray, Jr. and his wife of Bastrop, Louisiana; and fourteen grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, A. Boykin and T. Zieminick; his three step-children, S. Sistrunk, T. Boyte, and B. Barnes.

Jerry's funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, at Golden Funeral Home of Bastrop, La. Burial will follow in Bonita Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday.
