DON T. BEMENT

Don T. Bement, Jr., 59, of Wellington, passed away peacefully, Monday, April 7, 2014 after a short illness, at the Elms Nursing Home in Wellington.

Don was a self-employed electrician, operating Don's Home Improvements and later Don's Electric and Trenching, for the past 25 years in the Wellington area. He was an avid golfer and fisherman and also enjoyed Cleveland Browns football. Don loved spending time outdoors with his son and was active with Wellington Boy Scout Troop 414, enjoying many hours at the Jones Road camp.

Don is survived by his son, Bradley of Wellington; companion, Holly Somerville of Wellington; brothers, Jim (Kathy) Hickman of Grafton, David (Sharon) of North Olmsted; sisters, Joan Edwards of Brunswick, Janet (Ron) Bauer of LaGrange, Judy Hupp of Ormond Beach, Florida, Denise (Greg) Pizzuli of North Olmsted, Donna Webb of Eleanor, West Virginia, Dawn (Garry) Young of North Olmsted; and aunts and uncles, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Don, Sr. and Marilynn Bement; and a sister, Jacqueline Burneson.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 10, 2014, from 5 until 8 P.M., at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 11, 2014, 11 A.M., at the Westwood Abbey Mausoleum, Sunset Memorial Park.
