FUNERAL RITES TOMORROW FOR EARL TUPER, 44
Last rites for Earl "Bucky" Tuper, 44, of Williamson, N.Y., will be held tomorrow morning at 11.00 o'clock from St. Mary's church here with the pastor, the Rev. Thomas J. Robillard, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery, Brushton.
Mr. Tuper died unexpectedly while at work as a chef in a restaurant on Tuesday of this week. He was born in Fort Covington on September 27, 1925, son of the late Alex and Harriet Turner Tuper. A veteran of the U. S. Navy in World War II, he was married to the former Theresa Fitzpatrick, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are five children, Gary, Kenneth, Patricia, Mary and Connie. Also surviving are, two brothers, Howard of Fort Covington and Lester of Rochester. Six sisters also survive, Mrs. Francis (Eva) Jock, Amsterdam; Mrs. Stanley (Marion) Slayton, Richford, Vt.; Mrs. Beatrice Holcomb, Brushton; Mrs. Levi (Mildred) Dupra, Fort Covington; Mrs. Russell (Anna) Jock, Rochester, and Mrs. David (Irene) Jock of Williamson.
Mr. Tuper is in repose at the Cappiello and McKenzie Funeral Home until time for last rites.∼Earl was my grandma's long time companion. He died of a massive heart attack while working at Denny's Resturant in Hawthorne, California. Earl was buried in his home state of New York along side his family.
