ANN BULLOCK MARTIN , 84, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Friday at her home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Episcopal Church, where she was a communicant, with burial in Elmwood. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. She had studied at the Sorbonne in Paris, was a member of the Junior League of Memphis, Junior League Garden Club and the Memphis Country Club, and served on the board of Pink Palace Museum. Mrs. Martin , the widow of John D. Martin Jr., leaves two daughters; a son; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials be sent to St. John's Episcopal Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
