The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 19, at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg, with the Rev. Tant Ehrhardt officiating.
She was born Oct. 4, 1952, in Sumter, the daughter of Eugene M. Adkins and Mary Tweed Adkins.
Survivors include her parents, Mary Tweed Adkins and Eugene M. Adkins of Orangeburg; a brother, Donald Adkins of Columbia; a sister, Sharon Gibson of Orangeburg; and a number of nieces and nephews.
