Girard Barberio
Girard Barberio age 74, died Friday, November 20, 2009, after a recent stay in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Girard was born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Antonio and Mary Autonno Barberio.
He was formerly employed in the shoe industry. Girard was preceded in death by brothers Joseph, Anthony, Vincent and John.
Surviving are daughter Denise Barberio, Wilkes-Barre; son Dr. Thomas L. Barberio, Harrisburg; granddaughter Anna Barberio. Harrisburg; brothers Marty, Wilkes-Barre; Frank, Kingston; sister Florence, Wilkes-Barre; Ann Marie, Nanticoke; and his former wife, Barbara Barberio, Hudson; as well as nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held at the convenience of the family from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St., Plains Township.
