Ramona Finlinson Day Wood, 85, was born on September 9, 1928 to Esdras and Ethel Margaret Shipley Finlinson. Ramona was born and raised in Oak City, Utah where she attended elementary school. Her mother passed away when she was twelve years old, leaving her with lots of responsibility at a young age.
She married Henry Weldon Day on November 26, 1949. They were the parents of three children: Colleen (Jack) Randall, Margaret-deceased (Fred) Ybright and Curtis (Nadine) Day. After Weldon's passing in 1980, Ramona married Jack B. Wood on October 8, 1982 and inherited a step-son, Rodney (Connie) Wood.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 21, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Enterprise LDS Stake Center, 80 South Center Street, Enterprise, Utah. A visitation will be held Monday, prior to services, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Stake Center. Interment will be in the Enterprise City Cemetery.
