Peter Guerrette Presque Isle 78. Died 12-8-1970 at a local hospital after a short illness. He was born 12-27-1891 at Notre-Dame-du-Lac, QUE., Canada the son of Ludger and Zellie (Pelletier) Guerrette. He was a past member of the John J. Harris Council Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Marys Catholic Church of Presque Isle. Survivors include 5 sons, Wilfred, Carl, Philip, Nelson and Paul Guerrette, all of Presque Isle, 8 daughters, Mrs. Edmund (Angie) Powers, Mrs. Hanford (Lorraine) Tardy, Mrs. Clifford (Gloria) St.Peter, Mrs. Vaughn (Annie) Drost, Mrs. Roland (Marlene) Forbes and Mrs. Arlene Cunningham, all of Presque Isle and Mrs. Alphonse (Corrine) Levesque of Caribou, a brother, Ludger Guerrette and a half brother, Herimeningile Guerrette and 2 half sisters, Mrs. Alma Martin and Mrs. Florida Sirois, all of St.Ann, NB., Canada, 51 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Burial St. Marys Chapman St. Cemetery.
