Funeral rites were held yesterday afternoon for Miss Lona Davidson, aged about 50, lifelong resident of Carmichaels, who died at her home Tuesday, June 5, 1934, at 6 p.m. after a protracted illness. The services were conducted in her late home at 2 o'clock with Rev. Harold Kellogg in charge, and interment was in Carmichaels. Miss Davidson was a daughter of the late J. Cal Davidson and Myra Gregg Davidson. While in good health she was an active member of the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Carmichaels. She is survived by her mother, a sister, Miss Lillian Davidson of Carmichaels and two brothers, S. Barclay of Carmichaels and Robert Davidson of Indiana.
