Earl Lindsey, aged 30, of Continental No. 8, died Monday morning, April 27, 1931, at 8:40 o’clock, in the Uniontown Hospital. Death was due to pneumonia. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Cook Lindsey and two children. Earl, Jr. and Wanda Mae. His parents Mr. and Mrs. John A. Lindsey’ two brothers, Arthur and Allen Lindsey and a sister, Mrs. Grayce Glass, of Spruce Creek, also survives.
The body was removed to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cook, Dutch Hill, where funeral services will be solemnized Wednesday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. H.H. Will assisted by Rev. A.O. Archer. Burial will be in Park Place cemetery.
