Elaine D. Kienbaum, 71, of 23110 Mueller Road, Kiel, died Saturday evening, March 28, 1992, at her home after a lingering illness with cancer. Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Tuesday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel.
Rev. Richard Warnke and Rev. Clare Reiter will officiate with cremation to follow.

She was born February 14, 1921, in the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Fred and Mary Kattre Kienbaum. She was employed at A.A. Laun Furniture Company, Kiel, for 23 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kiel.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Judith Kienbaum of rural Elkhart Lake; two grandchildren, Dawn Marie and her husband Richard Lemke, Paula Mae and her husband, Brad Priebe; a great grandson, Cody Richard Lemke; six brothers, Roland Kienbaum of rural New Holstein, Arno and Marie Kienbaum, Walter Kienbaum, Jerome and Pearl Kienbaum, Harvey Kienbaum, all of rural Kiel, Willard and Isabell Kienbaum of rural Elkhart Lake. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Evangeline Williams and Marie Wittrock.

Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, 4 p.m. on Tuesday until the time of services. Memorial fund has been established in her name.
