A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Home, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Burial will be in Salem Community Cemetery. The Rev. Ronald French will officiate the services. There will be a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Fregm was born on June 18, 1926 in Bittersville, a daughter of the late Elmer and Velma (Smith) Snell. She retired in 1991 from Yorktowne Kitchens.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Fregm is survived by two sons, Mark A. Fregm of Winterstown and Michael "Mike" Fregm of Red Lion; one nephew, whom she raised and considered a son, Clifford Snell of York; one daughter, Pamela "Pam" A. Green of Columbiana, Ohio; eight grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; a great-greatgrandchild; and two sisters, Vivian Snell of Red Lion and Jennie Bailey of York. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one son, Victor R. Fregm, Jr., three brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to White Rose Hospice, 2870 Eastern Blvd., York, PA 17402.
