As stated in the Hamilton County Burial Records, "The following names were recorded by Benjamin Franklin Shaw who was the sexton for Flag Spring Cemetery 1887-1893. These names were copied as originally written in his journal although some are incomplete or phonetically inaccurate. We found no inscribed gravestones for these names... burial dates?"
