MUNCIE--Ronald L. Oxley, 60, passed away at his residence in Muncie following a brief illness. He was born April 30, 1949, in Muncie, and graduated from Daleville High School.
Mr. Oxley was a job setter at Chevrolet-Muncie for 36 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith Oxley of Detroit, MI, and Stacy Ward (husband-Duane) of Detroit, MI; his mother, Mary R. (Addington) Oxley, Muncie; his sister, Pauline Thomas, Anderson; his half-brother, Buddy Oxley, Muncie; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Leon Oxley, and his sister, Lou Ann Cox.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Parson Mortuary with George Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. on Monday at the mortuary. Online condolences may be sent to http://www.parsonmortuary.com.
