FREDERICK, MD., July 28.--Mrs. Laura E. Gray died at "Oakland," her home, near Petersville, Frederick county, today. Mrs. Gray was a daughter of Dr. Thomas John Claggett, son of Bishop Claggett. She was the widow of Mr. John Gray, of Washington county, and her age was about seventy-eight years. Mrs. Thomas Maddox, who died about three weeks ago, was her eldest sister. Mr. Samuel Claggett, of Petersville, is her brother. She leaves no children.
