Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. today for Mrs. Hermina Burian, 79, of 411 N. Elm St., Three Oaks, who died at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday in the home of her son, Tom Burian, with whom she had been residing.
Mrs. Burian was born May 27, 1884, in Czechoslovakia. She married John Burian in 1909 in Chicago. He died Nov. 2, 1948. Surviving are three sons, Tom Burian of Three Qaks, Leo Burian of Chicago and John Burian of Orlando, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Marion) Spicka, Villa Park, Ill., and Mrs. Carroll (Mildred) Bradley, Pensacola, Fla.; a brother, Charles Knapcik of Chicago; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Boda, Chicago, and two sisters living in Czechoslovakia; 13 grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren.
Services will be held in the Connelly-Noble Funeral Home with the Rev. Everett Love, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn cemetery." from The Galien River Gazette, page 10, November 7, 1963
