Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, MO. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Doris was born January 22, 1920 in Laredo, MO to Roy and Estella (Graves) Peterie. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles F. Manning. She leaves her children, Charles L. (Linda) Manning and Linda (Gary) Ross; brothers, Leroy "Pete" Peterie and Eldon "Boo" (Betty) Peterie; sister, Zara "Gracie" Tomac; 9 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 11 great- great grandchildren.
