Mrs. Kenneth (Daisy) Porter, age 80, a resident of Hayward, Rt. 2, the Northwoods Beach area, died at her home on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 1979. She was born in England on Aug. 5, 1899. When a very young girl she came to the United States to Chicago, IL. In April 1935 she was married to Kenneth R. Porter at Waukegan, IL. The couple made their home at Lake Geneva, WI, before coming to the Hayward area in 1965 to make their home. Survivors are her husband, Kenneth of Hayward, also nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Anderson Funeral Chapel on Friday at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor David Bauer officiating. The interment was in the Veterans Square in Greenwood Cemetery at Hayward. Pallbearers were Raymond Porter, Allen Porter, Rickey Porter, Ronald Porter, Lester Porter, and Michael Westbrook. A visitation was held at the Anderson Funeral Chapel on Thursday from 3:00-9:00 P.M.
