Jane E. Suckow, age 77, formerly of 901 N. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Monday June 2, 2014 at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Jane was born on January 22, 1937 in Manitowoc daughter of the late William and Esther (Stuiber) Suckow. She was a 1956 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. Jane worked for 40 years at the Mirro Company retiring January 28, 1999.
She was a member of the Faith Church, the church's Bible Study, Manitowoc Senior Center, Christian Community Singers, Head Start Program and ushered at the Capitol Civic Centre. She enjoyed reading, gardening, crocheting, collecting various statues and participating in the "Passion Play "Resurrection Celebration" at the Capitol Civic Centre.
Survivors include many loving cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Esther Suckow.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday June 7, 2014 at the Faith Church, 2201 S. 42nd St., Manitowoc. Pastor Pat Hanson will officiate with entombment to follow at the Knollwood Mausoleum. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated for the Faith Church.
