He served in the United States Army Reserves from 1964 to 1970. He worked at Steris for 37 years retiring in 1999. He was a member of American Legion Post 773.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David Chulick (d 6/28/2005 age 58 in a car accident near his home in AZ).
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Alice Hughes Chulick. Two daughters, Kathleen Sullivan and her husband, David of Erie, and Michelle Nipper and her husband, Patrick of Pittsburgh; two grandsons; and four nieces.
Burial with full military honors in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
