Age 58, was killed in a single car fatal accident in the early morning on June 28, 2005 as he traveled westbound on Hwy 80 from his St. David Twin Lakes RV Resort residence into Benson.

David was born in Erie, PA but started working with State Chemical in upstate New York where he excelled in his sales career. He came to Tucson in 1976 and remained in Tucson until he retired in 1999 and became involved with sharing the waterless car wash products, Dri Wash n' Guard, and eventually became a full-time RVer. He enjoyed reading the newspaper and learning the computer. He had musical talent, and taught three of his four daughters how to play instruments.

David is survived by his daughters, Julie Chulick, Erica Chulick, Lori Elliott and her son, and Lisa Burns and her children, and by his three Siamese cats, Sweety, Lucy, and Tailor. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Susie Chulick, who he always referred to as his best friend and his first wife Glenda.
