COOKE- Mrs. Sarah L. Cooke, aged 89, of 146 Washington St., Sparta, passed away Thursday after a long illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Francis Keift of Grand Haven. She is survived by two sons, William of Sparta, Floyd of Coos Bay, Oregon; nine grandchildren; forty four great grandchildren; fourteen great, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at the Hessel Funeral Home, Sparta with Rev. Richard C. Kirk officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
