Mrs. Ladner was a native of Hancock County and a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church. She was preceeded in death by her parents, Charlie W. and Ella Rester Perkins; her husband, Rev. Vert J. Ladner, and one son, Leo Ladner.
Survivors include two sons, U.J. Ladner of New Augusta and Jessee Ladner of Standard; four daughters, Yvonne Ladner and Lorena Cuevas of Lizana, Matilda Head and Melba Smith of Standard; two sisters, Roberta Saucier of Standard and Vera Anderson of Saucier; 24 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held after 5 tonight at Wolf Creek Baptist Church. The Funeral will be at 11am Friday at the church with burial in the Wolf Creek Cemetery, Standard Community.
Riemann Memorial Funeral Home, U.S. 49 North, in Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
