Mrs. Kendzora was born June 8, 1924, in Esko to Alfred and Emma Albertson. She graduated from Esko High School. Ruby was a beautician and lived most of her life in Duluth. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
Ruby is survived by her husband, Wallace "Wally" Kendzora of Duluth; one son, John Smith III and his wife, Angela, of Duluth; three stepdaughters, Joanne O'Bryan of Denver, Colo., Susan Godin and her husband, David, of Mansfield, Texas, and Mary Jo Wiedel and her husband, Jerry, of Conifers, Colo.; one brother, Leroy Albertson of Duluth; two sisters, Effie Rohe and her husband, Herb, of Nevada, Mo., and Margret Cicci of Seattle, Wash.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Myrtle Olson, Adena Clark and Ruth Albertson; one brother, Gordon Albertson; and one grandson, Ion Wiedel.
