She was the wife of Charlie Woodward Perkins and the mother of three sons; Hildon, Albon, and James Perkins; five daughters; Margaret Yvonne and Edith Mae Perkins, whom died as infants; Bernettie Ladner, Roberta Saucier, and Vera Anderson.
