Mrs. Ada Taylor, who would have been 59 on August 17, died at her home, 735 Navarre street, at noon yesterday after a short illness. She was born in Russellville, Kentucky, and came to Monroe three years ago.
She is survived by one son Charles; one daughter, Mrs. Alma Carter, both of Monroe; 8 grandchildren; four brothers, Monroe, James, Frank and John Eply of Russellville; and three sisters, Mage, Mary and Belle all of Russellville.
Services in charge of the Allore, Beam and Weber funeral home will be held at the residence Saturday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. E. E. Patterson, pastor of the Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery. (MEN - 8-9-1940)
