SEAY, Mozelle F. "Bonnie," 89, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord April 4, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Earl Vance Seay. She is survived by her sons, Ashley V. Seay of Powhatan and Alvin E. Seay of Chesterfield; granddaughter, Amanda R. Kuykendall of Chesterfield. She was a faithful member of Wamsley Boulevard United Methodist Church for 60 years. She retired from the DMV Headquarters in 1987. The family will receive friends 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, at Blileys - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a funeral ceremony will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wamsley Boulevard United Methodist Church General Fund.

Her death certificate shows she died of intracerebral hemorrhage. She died at 5:21 a.m. at Retreat Doctors Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Her parents were Walter J. Ferrell and Nellie Owen. She was employed as a clerk at D.M.V.
