A.; trustee on the Phoenix Library Board; North Country Library Assoc.; Phoenix Central School Board member for 10 years, with a 2 year post as president; Masonic Lodge achievement award; Post Card Club of Oswego County; Schroeppel Historical Society; Town of Webb Historical Society; Nursery School Board member; and a former deaconess.
Surviving are her loving husband of 62 years, Derwin L. Jones; five daughters and their husbands, Loraine and Don Ridall, Nena and Harry Nash, Debora Jones and her husband Charles Wardhaugh, Linda and Peter Palmer, and Loralee and Roy Skinner; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Doris Cady Potter of Oxford, NY.
