Eaton House, Insurance Agent, Town Treasurer" ˆon April 7, 1882 purchased the Eaton House Saloon at 105 South Second Avenue, St. Nazianz from Sebastian Klarer ˆran this saloon until selling to John and Peter Endries in 1893 ˆon Nov. 28, 1893 purchased the 80 acre farm at 17402 Highway 151 from Ole O. Oppen ˆon March 26, 1901, purchased the adjoining 80 acre farm to the west from the estate of his daughter-in-law Maggie Linck Schad ˆon Nov. 29, 1911, sold this now 180 farm to his son Edward Schad and his wife Minnie Anhalt ˆon Nov. 7, 1911, Franz then purchased the former Anton Stoll house at 202 South Second Avenue, St. Nazianz ˆFranz and his wife Maria lived here until their deaths ˆdied from "cerebral thrombosis") ˆ 3-6-6
