Vivian M. Zeigler, 78, of Falls City, NE, passed away July 13, 2014 at Falls City. She was born July 8, 1936 at Falls City to the late Albert "Pat" and Edna (Holsclaw) McIlvain.
On January 20, 1955 she married Robert Zeigler at Hiawatha, KS
Vivian was raised at Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1954. The couple established their home in Falls City when married and she worked various jobs before she and Bob purchased Salem Meat Locker at Salem, NE. She then worked at Yesterday's Closet and retired in 2008. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and VFW Auxiliary both of Falls City.
Vivian is survived by her husband, Bob of Falls City, daughter, Vickie Zeigler of Falls City, sons, Rusty and his wife Tanya of Salem, NE, Ryan of Lincoln, sister, Gwen Sweezey of American Canyon, CA and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Edward McIlvain, sisters, Phyllis Schnedler, Gracie Soden and Pearl Irene in infancy and a great-grandchild.
A private graveside service will be held on Saturday.
