Beryle S. Blystone, 86, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2001, at his residence in Marion Center.
The son of George and Violetta McBride [sic] Blystone was born Oct. 15, 1915, in Sagamore [sic].
Mr. Blystone was a member of the Sagamore Gospel Center. He was employed as a coal miner by R&P Coal Co. and as a rivet handler by Gary Screw and Bolt Co. in Gary, Ind.
Surviving are five sons: Richard, LeRoy, William, George and John Blystone; four daughters: Peggy Nicewonger, Darlene Freeman, Patty Blystone and Tammy Morgan; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Lilly, whom he married in 1992 [sic] and who died in 1994; four children; and 12 brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Reid S. Blystone officiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Sagamore.
