Lemon George Blystone, husband of Mae Johnston Blystone of Indiana, RD1, passed away in the Indiana Hospital on Friday, September 3. He had been a patient there for 2½ weeks. Born December 22, 1883 at Creekside, PA, to George and Lettie (McBryar) Blystone, the deceased had lived most of his life near Creekside. He had spent a short time in Clearfield, and had lived at Indiana RD for the past three years. He was a member of the Indiana Wesleyan Methodist Church and was a blacksmith by trade. Surviving are his wife, and one son, Russell H., at home; three daughters, Mrs. Homer (Ilone) Leightley, Elderton, Mrs. Walter (Alta) Bash, Shelocta, Mrs. Robert (Audradee) Mahan, Indiana, RD1; and seven grandchildren. Also surviving are six brothers: Walter, Greensburg; Lyle, Indiana; John, Indiana; Bert, Gary, Indiana; Blaine, Homer City, RD; Beryl, Gary, Indiana; and sisters, Mrs. Clyde Overdorff, Terra Haute, Indiana; Mrs. Mike Rice, Wateman; Mrs. Leroy Stitler, Home; Mrs. Harold Woolweaver, Wayne, Indiana; and Mrs. John Kline, Sagamore. Interment was in the Elderton Cemetery.
