COLUMBIA - Graveside services and military rites for Otis Cauthen "Smoky" Smoak, 82, of Columbia, will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Woodridge Memorial Park, officiated by Rev. Chris Addy.
Mr. Smoak, widower of Clara Mae Rucker Smoak, died Wednesday, April 21, 2004. Born in Branchville, SC, he was the son of the late Leon Andrew and Elma Gibson Smoak. Mr. Smoak was a longtime resident of the Olympia area and a United States Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Smoak was preceded in death by his sister, Eva Padgett.
