Joan Philipp March 12, 1926 - July 1, 2014 BALDWIN - Joan Philipp, 88, died at Hospice House in South Bend. Her husband, Alden Philipp, preceded her in death September 2013. She is survived by daughters, Jackie (Tim) Reilly and Patti (Bob) Leiter, and many grandchildren. She taught school in South Bend, and enjoyed doing artwork, china painting, teaching line dancing, playing piano, singing, and traveling. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 26, at 2:00 PM at Osceola United Methodist Church (431 N. Beech Rd.). Memorial contributions may be sent to Gideons International at P.O.
