Leon Edgar Spencer Jr., 87, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, July 26, 2014, son of the late Leon and Kathleen O'Connor Spencer Sr. and widow of Teresa Bordoni Spencer (2005). Leon was a veteran the of US Marines, worked at NCR for over 30 years, A loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Leon was an avid pool player and a great sports fan. Survivors include daughters, Patricia (Les) House, Catherine (Dave) Reynolds and Colleen (Rick) Tubbs; grandchildren, Philip (Lisa) Lorer, Denise Park Amy (Tyler) Hopkins, Kelly (Tom) Bishop and Nicholas Tubbs; 10 great-grandchildren, brother Dale Spencer, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Harold Spencer and brother and sister-in-law, David and Lon Bordoni. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Bangs Funeral Home with Patrick Meyers officiating. Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made the American Red Cross.
