PHYLLIS ANTONELLI, 82, formerly of Broadway, died Tuesday at the Elmood Health Center. She was the wife of the late Alfonse Antonelli.

A lifelong resident of Providence, Mrs. Antonelli was the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Gelfoni) Colasanto.

She leaves a sister, Raffalena Anzevino of Johnston, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Linda Antonelli, and sister of the late Nicholas Colasanto, (who played Coach on the sitcom "Cheers"), Joseph Colasanto, Annette Colasanto, Rose Pietrantonio and Clara DeConcelis.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from the B. Maceroni & Sons Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at Holy Cross Church, Hartford Avenue. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
