Dorothy Maxine Chambers was born December 31, 1932 in Dallas, TX to Albert Lafayette Poole & Lydia Moreland Poole. She passed away peacefully at Edgewood Nursing Home in Garland, TX from complications of Alzheimer's and Congestive Heart Failure. Dorothy loved her Lord and always strived to please him. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, William E. "Bill" Chambers; daughter, Ronna Stovall of Dallas, TX; step-son, Robert Chambers of Azle, TX; step-daughter, Cynthia Richardson of Allen, TX; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; one brother. Funeral service will be 10:00AM Monday, August 4, 2014 at New Liberty Baptist Church in Garland. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Interment will be at a later date a DFW National Cemetery.
