Miss Jennie E. Pitcock, 81, of 174 West Greene street, Waynesburg, died at 4 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, 1955, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. Death was due to a cerebral hemmorrhage which she suffered last Sunday evening.
Born March 29, 1874, in Whiteley Township, she was a daughter of the late John and Sidney Rush Pitcock and had resided in Waynesburg for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church on the Mt. Morris Road.
Surviving are four brothers: Calvin Pitcock of
Waynesburg, Worthy Pitcock of Jefferson, John Pitcock of Waynesburg, and Jesse L. Pitcock of Waynesburg R. D. 3.
