She was born in Kyoto, Japan on Feb. 1, 1928. She had two brothers and one sister, deceased.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Theodore Koch; a niece Machiko Carroll; one nephew Yuichiro Hirata and two nieces Ritsuko Iwatsu and Fusako Matsuo, plus numerous great nieces and great nephews.
She lived in the Oakdale area for many years and retired from Hersheys before moving to Oregon.
Anyone that ever had the joy of meeting Linda, never forgot what a caring loving person she was to be around. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
A graveside service was held Tuesday, Nov. 16 at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon.
