"Wayland. December 20. - Walter Bryant died at his home on Fremont street, Sunday morning [Dec 18], aged 78 years. Deceased had always resided in and about Wayland, and was one of the prominent men of this locality. Deceased had been out of health for a number of years. He is survived by his wife and three children, Belle and Mark H. Bryant of this village and Colonel J Bryant of Cohocton."
