Mr. Thomas Boyce Baker, 73, of Wilmar, died August 2, 1978 at his home in Wilmar.
Mr. Baker was born August 26, 1904 in Bradley County, a son of James Thomas Baker and Nannie Zuella Milholland Baker. He was a retired flooring plant foreman for Partee Flooring Company at Magnolia, Arkansas and a member of the First Assembly of God Church at Warren.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna Mae Upshaw Baker; a son, Boyce W. Baker of Virginia Beach, Va.; two daughters, Mrs. Roger Tucker of Kingwood, Texas and Mrs. H. L. Childrey of Pine Bluff; three sisters, Mrs. Prather O'Neal of Warren, Mrs. Alex Cooper of Stow, Ohio and Mrs. Cone Kinard of Warren; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday at the First Assembly of God Church by Rev. David Wiggins. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazer Funeral Home.
