William Boone, 76, of Hull was dead on arrival Saturday Sept. 14 at a hospital in Sioux Center.
Services were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 17, in the American Reformed Church in Hull. Burial was in Hope Cemetery in Hull.
Mr. Boone was born July 19, 1909 at Hospers and moved to Sheldon with his family as a child. He married Irene Pals Sept. 10, 1947. They lived in Matlock until 1951 when they moved to Hull where he was employed by Kooiker Manufacturing as a welder for 11 years. He then worked eight years at K & O Manufacturing in Hull.
Mr. Boone was a member of the American Reformed Church where he and his wife were custodians 1972-1977.
Survivors include his wife; one sister, Mrs. Allie De Bruyn of Sheldon and two brothers, Joe of George and John of Sheldon.
