Oscar A. ""Ozzie"" Hauser, age 86, of Hilbert died on Sunday June 3, 2007 at the Franciscan Care Center in Appleton.
He was born January 1, 1921 in the Town of Woodville, son John and Mary (Bell) Hauser. Oscar farmed on his family homestead in the Town of Woodville all his life and was a cattle hauler for Louis Albers. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church. Oscar enjoyed John Deere tractors, ""putzing"", mowing lawn, gardening and getting assistance from John & Benita and their three daughters: Melissa, Jessica, and Lorissa with his yard work.

Oscar is survived by his sisters: Doris Dohr of Hilbert and Geraldine Baird of Arpin, WI; sisters-in-law: Joyce Hauser of Chilton, Marie Hauser of Chilton; and his favorite dog: ""Shannon"". He was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law: Ervin ""Speed"" (Marie) Hauser, Donald Hauser, Harold ""Pete"" Hauser, Robert ""Cookie"" (Maxine) Hauser, and David ""Buddy"" Hauser.

Funeral Services will be at 5:00 PM on Thursday June 7, 2007 at St. John Catholic Church in St. John. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery. Friends may call at church from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday when service will be held. The family would like to thank the staff at Franciscan Care Center and the first responders for all their help and care.
