Anders Anderson, 76, a farmer of Standard, died in Calgary hospital, Sunday. He had been in the city seven weeks. Born in Saltofte, Fyen, Denmark, he went to New York at the age of 18, moving to Denver, Colorado a short time later. He farmed in Nebraska, before coming to Standard 26 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Signe, Standard; one daughter, Mrs. W. R. Schooling, Calgary, and a son, Eilier, of Fort Worth, Texas; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted in Jacques funeral home, Wednesday at 1:30 o’clock with Rev. H. E. Gordon officiating. Burial will be in Burnsland cemetery.
