Ross C Forsythe, long time and well known resident of this community, died at his home in Moulton last Wednesday evening at about 8:30 p.m. He was sitting on his front porch when stricken.

He was born February 7, 1879. he was 84 years old and was the son of Thomas Jefferson and Amanda Horn Forsythe.
On June 11 1902, he was married to nora Hill and to this union was born one child, Cleo Catherall of Moulton. He was the last member of a family of 11 children.

Surviving are his wife and daughter and several nieces and nephews who were frequent visitors in the home.

Mr. Forsythe spent his entire life in the Moulton community. He farmed near Moulton until he moved here in 1943. He was a long time member of the Rebekah and I.O.O. F. lodges.

his passing leaves behind many dear friend who extend deepest sympathy to the family.

Funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon at the Moulton Christian Church conducted by the pastor, Rev. Gaylon Decious. Burial was in Oakland cemetery, west of Moulton.
